Nice to meet you!
MEDICAL DOCTORÂ AND CO-FOUNDER
Mia Wessels
Together with Rachelle, I hope this is a place where you feel at home. A place where you can further explore what you need and how you can provide that for yourself. I know better than anyone how it feels to be stuck and not know how to move forward. What I've learned from the challenging moments is that there is nothing quite as comforting as being able to go through it together.

My Story
When I was using a deodorant bottle to perform pretend ultrasounds on my mother's pregnant belly, it was clear that I was destined to become a doctor. Inspired by the stories of my grandparents, who pioneered in this same profession shortly after the war, I was motivated to be there for others in the same way.
However, my expectations of what it meant to work as a doctor were far from the reality. We have created a system where taking the time to truly listen and work preventively is considered a luxury.
Just before becoming a doctor, I had a mountain biking accident that required months of rehabilitation. It gave me time to reflect, and I realized that I wasn’t nearly as healthy as I had always thought. I was not only recovering from a concussion but also from years of running around like a headless chicken and maintaining unhealthy patterns.
During my recovery, I benefited far more from alternative treatments than from conventional healthcare, from reiki to remedies I had never heard of. My eyes were opened to the importance of nutrition, energy balance, and basic things like rest and connection.
I decided to carve my own path and design healthcare the way I believe it can be. I immersed myself in other perspectives on health, from ancient Eastern medicine to modern, science-driven Functional Medicine. Slowly but surely, I developed an approach that I believe in 100%, and I continue to see the results in my work.

My Mission
In an ideal world, we would grow up in an environment where knowing yourself—from understanding your body to regulating emotions—is the norm. And if we do fall ill, we would be supported on all levels. I enjoy working with individuals to discover the root causes of their symptoms and what they need to get to where they want to be.
MEDICAL DOCTORÂ AND CO-FOUNDER
Rachelle Jongen
As a doctor, I have experienced firsthand how our healthcare system works and how it can sometimes fall short in certain situations. I have also personally faced the limitations and lack of perspective within the boundaries of the current healthcare system. Fortunately, I now know that there are other paths to take. Through these paths, I am eager to guide others toward optimal and sustainable health.
My Story
After experiencing several concussions as a child, I became a chronic headache sufferer for nearly 20 years. I was well acquainted with the medical merry-go-round: test after test, moving from one specialist to another, medication after medication, and even the occasional ambulance ride due to fainting or seizures.
The conclusion? There was nothing that could be done. I was told to just live with it, managing my symptoms with medication as best I could.
Apparently, all of this intrigued me, and from a young age, I declared that I wanted to become a doctor. During my medical studies, I discovered that there was nothing physically wrong with me and that I had simply fallen into the chronic headache protocol all those years. But no one had ever told me that I was seeking a solution in the wrong place.
Over a process of many years, I figured it out on my own. I wanted to understand how my body worked and what I needed to do to feel better. Driven by curiosity about new insights and possible solutions, I took a different path and approached it broadly: experimenting with diet, which helped me identify triggers and learn what my body did and did not need; optimizing and reevaluating sleep; making my own choices and stepping away from predetermined paths; learning to listen to my body and finding peace through mindfulness, yoga, and meditation; addressing unhealthy relationships and processing the irreversible through psychotherapy; learning to balance sports, physical activity, and relaxation; breaking family patterns and rediscovering my own values and norms.
The result? I no longer carry the label of "chronic headache patient." No more medical issues, no more medication—just vitality and health without limitations. I now recognize my body's signals and know what is needed to stay balanced.

My Mission
I am grateful to have walked this path! But why did no medical professional ever point me toward this approach?!
This is precisely what I am called to do now: professionally guide others toward optimal personal health.
